Job Description

  • Need to travel to sites all over hyderabad to check for Site quality and monitor for work completion
  • Should have 2 wheeler vehicle
  • Should be able to communicate to workers as well office staff to maintain work coordination both at office and site
  • Manage and oversee day-to-day operations of all stores within the city.
  • Supervise and support office staff to improve site and workers performance.
  • Ensure proper material maintenance and requirement at site
  • Monitor inventory and stock levels, ensuring proper stock replenishment and product availability.
  • Conduct regular store visits and audits to ensure high standards of cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising.
  • Ensure the implementation of company policies and procedures in all locations.
  • Lead and develop the retail teams, fostering a positive and motivating work environment.
  • Handle customer service issues and provide resolutions.
  • Analyze performance reports and develop action plans to improve areas of opportunity.
