Job Description
This is a multi-dimensional business development role.
You will be responsible for bringing in students, building partnerships, and driving growth on-ground and online.
1. Student Acquisition & Counselling
- Speak with inbound and outbound leads
- Understand student profiles, goals, and timelines
- Guide them on the right path (IELTS, country, application strategy)
- Convert serious students into Golden Chapter clients
2. School & College Outreach:
- Build relationships with schools, coaching institutes, and colleges
- Set up seminars, workshops, and info sessions
- Represent Golden Chapter as a trusted advisor
- Create a steady pipeline of high-quality student leads
3. University & Partner Outreach:
- Coordinate with international universities and reps
- Explore partnerships, collaborations, and events
- Stay updated with program offerings and admission trends
4. Marketing & Ground Activation:
- Execute offline marketing initiatives (seminars, fairs, events)
- Support digital campaigns with on-ground insights
- Work closely with the content team for messaging that converts
5. Sales & Conversion:
- Follow up with leads consistently
- Handle objections confidently (fees, timelines, alternatives)
- Close high-intent students into paid services
- Maintain CRM and track conversions
Who This Role Is For:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable speaking to students, parents, and institutions
- Confident, persuasive, and quick-thinking
- Willing to step out, meet people, and build networks
- Organized with follow-ups and pipeline management
- Bonus If You HaveExperience in study abroad / edtech / counselling
- Prior exposure to school/college outreach or partnerships
- Understanding of IELTS / UK / Ireland / Europe pathways
