- Job Responsibilities:Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular calls and follow-ups
- Provide basic information about stock market products and advisory services
- Handle inbound and outbound calling to generate leads and convert prospects
- Understand client needs and coordinate with advisors to offer suitable solutions
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term relationship management
- Achieve monthly targets related to client acquisition and engagement
- Key Skills Required:Good communication and convincing skills
- Experience or basic knowledge of the stock market (cash, F&O, commodities is a plus)
- Ability to handle calling work and client queries professionally
- Strong relationship-building and customer-handling skills
- Target-oriented mindset
- Eligibility:Graduate or equivalent qualification
- Fresher or experienced candidates can apply
- Experience in stock market advisory, sales, or relationship management preferred
