• Job Responsibilities:Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular calls and follow-ups
• Provide basic information about stock market products and advisory services
• Handle inbound and outbound calling to generate leads and convert prospects
• Understand client needs and coordinate with advisors to offer suitable solutions
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term relationship management
• Achieve monthly targets related to client acquisition and engagement
• Key Skills Required:Good communication and convincing skills
• Experience or basic knowledge of the stock market (cash, F&O, commodities is a plus)
• Ability to handle calling work and client queries professionally
• Strong relationship-building and customer-handling skills
• Target-oriented mindset
