1. Quality Engineer / Quality Supervisor

Role Summary:

Ensure product quality as per OEM standards and maintain compliance with customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Incoming, in-process, and final inspection of rubber/plastic parts
• Maintain quality records, reports, and documentation
• Handle customer complaints and implement corrective actions
• Ensure adherence to ISO/IATF standards
• Coordinate with production to reduce defects and rejection

Eligibility:

• Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical / Production
• Fresher or 1–3 years experience preferred

2. Production Engineer / Supervisor

Role Summary:

Manage production activities to achieve targets with required quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and monitor daily production
• Ensure optimum machine utilization
• Maintain production reports and shift records
• Reduce wastage and improve productivity
• Coordinate with quality and maintenance teams

Eligibility:

• Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical / Production
• Fresher or experienced

3. RQC (Raw Quality Control) Inspector

Role Summary:

Inspect raw materials and ensure they meet required specifications before production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Check incoming rubber, plastic granules, and other materials
• Verify supplier quality as per standards
• Maintain inspection records and reports
• Segregate rejected materials
• Coordinate with stores and quality team

Eligibility:

• ITI / Diploma (Mechanical preferred)
• Basic knowledge of measurement tools

4. Machine Operator (Rubber & Plastic)

Role Summary:

Operate molding / extrusion / processing machines efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate rubber molding / plastic machines
• Ensure proper machine settings and output quality
• Perform basic troubleshooting
• Maintain production logs
• Follow safety and 5S practices

Eligibility:

• ITI / Diploma / Graduate
• Experience in rubber/plastic industry preferred

5. Maintenance Technician (ITI Fitter)

Role Summary:

Maintain machines and minimize breakdowns in production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preventive and breakdown maintenance
• Repair mechanical parts and machines
• Ensure minimum downtime
• Maintain maintenance records
• Support production team for smooth operations

Eligibility:

• ITI Fitter (mandatory)
• Experience preferred in manufacturing setup
