Job Title: Telecalling Executive (Female Only)
Job Description:
We are hiring Telecalling Executives (Female only) to connect with distributors (like Amazon partners) and promote sales of our products. The candidate should have a strong communication and persuasion skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to distributors and promote product sales
- Explain product details, offers, and pricing to prospective buyers
- Follow up with interested clients and close the sale
- Maintain records of calls and sales in the system
- Build and maintain strong distributor relationships
Requirements:
- Only female candidates may apply
- Minimum 6 months of experience in telecalling / telesales
- Confident and fluent in communication (Hindi/English preferred)
- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Basic computer knowledge
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹16,000 per month
Incentive:
- ₹1,000 fixed incentive
- 10% incentive on sales above the
