Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated and people-oriented HR Executive to support the recruitment and HR operations of the company. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, basic HR knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple hiring requirements.
Key Responsibilities• End-to-end recruitment and candidate coordination
• Posting jobs on portals and social media platforms
• Screening resumes and scheduling interviews
• Conducting telephonic and virtual interviews
• Maintaining candidate database and reports
• Handling onboarding and documentation
• Coordinating with team leaders and management
• Achieving daily and monthly hiring targets
Requirements• Graduation in any stream
• Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes
• Good communication and convincing skills
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email)
• Ability to work in a target-based environment
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
Preferred Skills• Experience in Recruitment / BPO / Staffing industry
• Good negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure
