Accountant Cum Office Assistant

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant The candidate should be capable of handling accounting tasks independently in a small business environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain books of accounts (Purchase, Sales, Receipts, Payments)

Record daily financial transactions and ensure proper documentation

Prepare invoices, bills, and follow up on receivables

Handle accounts payable and receivable

Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies

Manage GST, TDS

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

Assist in budgeting and expense tracking

Coordinate with auditors and support audit processes

Maintain payroll records

Maintain Stock / Inventory

Back Office Work (Quotations & Follow Ups).

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Basic knowledge of accounting principles and taxation

Experience with accounting software (e.g., Tally, Excel)

Good understanding of GST and basic compliance

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Good communication and organizational skills

Experience:

1–3 years of experience in accounting (preferred for small business setup)

Work Environment:

Ability to handle multiple tasks independently

Comfortable working in a small team.
