Job Description
Job Title: Business Development Manager (BDM)Company: IndusInd BankLocation: JaipurDepartment: CASA (Current Account & Savings Account)Job Type: Field SalesJob Summary:IndusInd Bank is hiring for the role of Business Development Manager (BDM) for CASA products. The candidate will be responsible for acquiring new customers, increasing CASA portfolio, and driving business through field sales activities.
- Key Responsibilities:Acquire new Current and Savings Accounts (CASA) through field visits
- Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Cross-sell banking products to increase revenue
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Conduct market mapping and identify potential business areas
- Ensure proper documentation and KYC compliance
- Eligibility Criteria:Minimum 6 months of experience in sales (preferably BFSI/Banking)
- Graduation mandatory
- Experience in field sales is required
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Local area knowledge of Jaipur preferred
- CTC & Benefits:Salary: Up to ₹4.5 LPA (based on experience)
