Role Overview

We are looking for a smart, confident, and result-oriented Female Telecaller to handle client communication, lead follow-ups, and demo scheduling for our software products.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys talking to people, understands technology, and wants to grow in the IT sales & client coordination field.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain our ERP, CRM, and AI Software products.
  • Generate leads, follow up with interested prospects, and maintain communication records.
  • Schedule software demos and coordinate with the sales/technical team. (Training will be provided)
  • Maintain CRM entries and update client details regularly.
  • Build strong relationships with customers for long-term engagement.
  • Share daily/weekly reports with the manager.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills in Hindi.
  • Confident, polite, and persuasive speaking ability.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, WhatsApp Web, Email).
  • Experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Should be disciplined, punctual, and goal-oriented.

Salary & Benefits

  • Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹45,000 (based on skills & experience)
  • Incentives: Attractive performance-based bonuses for sales conversions.

Working Hours

Monday to Saturday — 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
