About the Role:
Swargiya Narendra Singh Mahavidyalaya invites applications from qualified, dedicated, and experienced faculty members for the Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) program. The selected candidates will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction, mentoring students, and contributing to academic excellence in teacher education.
Key Responsibilities
*Teach B.Ed program courses in accordance with the prescribed curriculum and academic standards.
*Prepare lesson plans, teaching aids, study materials, and assessment tools.
*Conduct lectures, tutorials, seminars, workshops, and practical sessions effectively.
*Evaluate and assess student performance through examinations, assignments, projects, and practical work.
*Guide and mentor students in academic projects, research work, and internships.
*Participate in curriculum development, academic planning, and institutional activities.
*Provide academic counseling, mentoring, and career guidance to students.
*Engage in research activities, publications, and faculty development programs (FDPs).
*Maintain discipline, student engagement, and a positive learning environment.
*Support accreditation processes, quality assurance, and institutional development initiatives.
Qualifications & Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualification:
*NET / Ph.D. in Education preferred as per UGC / NCTE norms.
Experience & Skills:
*Minimum 2 to 30 years of teaching experience in a recognized/reputed institution.
*Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
*Sound knowledge of modern pedagogical methods and teaching-learning technologies.

*पाठ्यक्रम विकास, शैक्षणिक योजना एवं संस्थागत गतिविधियों में सहभागिता करना।
*विद्यार्थियों को शैक्षणिक परामर्श, मार्गदर्शन एवं करियर काउंसलिंग प्रदान करना।
