Job Description
Job Title: Store Executive (Counter Sales)Location: [Add Location]
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month
Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 08:00 PM
Job Summary:We are looking for a responsible and customer-focused Store Executive to manage counter sales and ensure a smooth in-store experience. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, handling billing, and maintaining store presentation.
- Key Responsibilities:Attend to walk-in customers and understand their requirements
- Provide product information and suggest suitable options
- Handle billing, cash transactions, and basic record-keeping
- Maintain cleanliness and proper display of products in the store
- Manage stock at the counter and report shortages
- Ensure excellent customer service and build customer relationships
- Achieve daily/weekly sales targets
- Requirements:Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling
- Honest, punctual, and well-presented
- Prior retail or counter sales experience is a plus
- Skills Required:Customer handling skills
- Basic billing and cash handling
- Sales and persuasion skills
- Teamwork and positive attitude
