Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities


  • 1. Digital Marketing Strategy & ExecutionPlan and execute end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Google, Meta, etc.)
  • Develop and manage performance marketing campaigns focused on lead generation
  • Optimize campaigns based on ROI, CPL (Cost per Lead), and conversions


  • 2. SEO & GEO OptimizationImplement and manage SEO (Search Engine Optimization) strategies to improve organic rankings
  • Manage GEO (Geographic Optimization) for location-based visibility (Google Maps, local listings, etc.)
  • Continuously track keyword rankings and website performance
  • Ensure strong presence for all service locations across search platforms


  • 3. Lead Generation & Funnel ManagementGenerate high-quality leads through paid and organic channels
  • Optimize landing pages and conversion funnels
  • Coordinate with operations/sales teams to ensure lead quality and feedback loop


  • 4. Creative & Content DevelopmentConceptualize and create creatives for:
  • Social media (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
  • Performance ads
  • WhatsApp and local campaigns
  • Work on copywriting, messaging, and campaign themes aligned with brand positioning
  • Ensure consistent branding across all digital touchpoints


  • 5. Social Media & Online PresenceManage and grow social media accounts
  • Plan content calendars and engagement strategies
  • Monitor trends and implement relevant content ideas


  • 6. Analytics & ReportingTrack campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports on:
  • Leads generated
  • Cost per lead
  • Conversion trends
  • Provide actionable insights to improve performance


  • Key Skills & Requirements2–5 years of experience in Digital Marketing (preferably in local service-based business)
  • Strong knowledge of:
  • Performance Marketing (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
  • SEO & Local SEO
  • Lead Generation strategies
  • Basic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools)
  • Understanding of landing pages and conversion optimization
  • Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making
  • Ability to work independently and take complete ownership


  • Key Success Metrics (KPIs)Number of qualified leads generated
  • Cost per lead (CPL)
  • Website traffic & search rankings
  • Engagement and growth on social media
  • Contribution to overall business growth


  • Reporting Structure: Reports directly to: Management / Operations Head
  • Works closely with: Operations, City Managers, and Sales Teams
