Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and result-driven Social Media Executive to handle and grow our brand presence across multiple platforms. The candidate should have hands-on experience in content creation, social media strategy, and paid advertising.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily activities on Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok, and Reddit
• Create and maintain a monthly content calendar
• Plan and upload posts, reels, and stories regularly
• Write engaging captions and use relevant hashtags
• Research latest trends, viral content, and competitor strategies
• Generate new content ideas aligned with brand goals
• Plan and execute Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns
• Define target audience, manage budget, and optimize campaigns
• Analyze performance metrics like reach, engagement, CTR, and conversions
• Prepare basic performance reports and track growth

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in social media management or similar role
• Basic knowledge of Meta Business Suite and ad campaign handling
• Good content writing and communication skills
• Strong understanding of social media trends and platforms
• Basic analytical skills to understand performance data
