Job Title: Sales Coordinator cum Lead Generator cum CRM
Job Summary:
The Sales Coordinator cum Lead Generator plays a dual role of supporting the sales team with coordination tasks while actively identifying and generating new business leads. This position is crucial in maintaining sales efficiency and driving revenue growth through consistent pipeline development.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Coordination
- Manage day-to-day sales operations and administrative tasks
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales documentation
- Process orders and coordinate with internal teams (logistics, finance, etc.)
- Maintain and update CRM/database with accurate customer information
- Track sales targets, orders, and delivery schedules
- Assist the sales team with reports, presentations, and follow-ups
- Handle client communication regarding orders, queries, and support
Lead Generation
- Identify potential clients through online research, social media, and databases
- Generate leads via cold calling, email campaigns, and networking
- Qualify leads based on business needs and potential
- Maintain a pipeline of prospective clients
- Schedule meetings or demos for the sales team
- Follow up on leads and nurture relationships
- Work closely with marketing to align campaigns and outreach
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination and/or lead generation
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM)
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Basic understanding of sales processes and customer lifecycle
