Job Description
Enter, update, and maintain data in company systems and Excel sheets
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports using Excel
Use advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF formulas, etc.)
Verify and correct data discrepancies
Maintain proper documentation and filing system
Coordinate with accounts, sales, and other departments
Ensure confidentiality of company data
Perform other administrative tasks as required
