• Build a strong pipeline of hiring mandates (bulk & mid-level hiring)
• Own the complete BD lifecycle – lead generation to closure
• Develop relationships with HR Heads, CXOs, and Business Leaders
• Work closely with recruitment teams to ensure timely delivery & repeat business
• Achieve and exceed monthly revenue targets

• Candidates with experience in B2B Sales / Staffing / Recruitment BD
• Strong ability to generate leads independently and close deals
• Comfortable with field sales, client meetings, and target-driven roles
• Good understanding of corporate hiring needs

• Incentives: Uncapped (Up to 2X of annual fixed salary)
