Job Description

Job Summary:

The Tally Operator is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records using Tally software, handling daily accounting entries, preparing reports, and supporting the accounts department in financial documentation and compliance.

  • Key Responsibilities:

Data Entry in Tally

  • Record purchase, sales, receipt, payment, and journal vouchers.
  • Maintain ledger accounts and ensure accurate posting.

Billing & Invoicing

  • Generate sales invoices.
  • Maintain purchase and sales registers.
  • Verify GST details on invoices.

Bank & Cash Handling

Record bank transactions.

  • Perform bank reconciliation (BRS).
  • Maintain daily cash book.
