Job Description
Responsible for real estate sales and client handling. The role involves meeting customers, explaining property details, and helping them make the right investment decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through local network and references

- Travel within Kushalnagar and nearby areas

- Negotiate and close property deals

- Maintain records of leads, site visits, and sales pipeline
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Provide after-sales support to clients
