Job Description
About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and patient-focused BDS Doctor to join our team for preventive dental screening camps and in-clinic patient care.
The role involves working with advanced AI-powered screening technology to identify dental health risks and converting screened patients into treatment cases.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily dental screening camps from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM
- Operate alongside advanced diagnostic system (Scan-O technology) for oral health screening
- Clearly explain AI-generated reports to patients in a simple and convincing manner
- Educate patients about their dental conditions and required treatments
- Convert screened patients into clinic treatments through effective communication
- Provide clinical consultation and basic dental procedures at clinic from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM
- Maintain proper patient records and follow-up
Incentives & Compensation
Fixed payout + ₹50 per successfully converted patient (who proceeds with treatment)
- High earning potential based on performance and conversion skills.

- Basic clinical dental knowledge and hands-on capability
Eligibility Criteria
- BDS (Bachelor of Dental Surgery) – Mandatory
- Freshers and experienced both can apply
- Candidates with good communication skills will be preferred
