Job Description

A Business Development Associate with prior experience in an educational firm or institute is responsible for driving growth by identifying new business opportunities, building partnerships, and increasing student enrollments


Candidates typically leverage their understanding of the education sector to generate leads, conduct counseling sessions, and convert inquiries into admissions. Strong communication, sales orientation, and knowledge of academic offerings are essential to effectively contribute to institutional growth and revenue.


· Sound knowledge of Educational firm or Institute

. Data analyzing, problem solving approach

. Coordinating with teams

. Conducting team meetings with clients

· Visiting and Interacting clients in different modes

. Proficency in relevant toots and software

· Good verbal, written skilis in English

. Maintain good client relationships

. Work with teams to deliver projects

. Do market research and prepare reports
