Hiring: Operations / Retail Manager – Multi Kiosk (Mall Outlets)

Location: Uttar Pradesh (Multiple Malls)

Experience: 5+ years (Retail / F&B / Multi-Outlet Operations)



About Anagha

Anagha is a premium, health-focused retail brand offering dry fruits, energy bars, smoothies, and nutritious snacks. We are expanding rapidly across mall kiosks and are looking for a strong operator to scale and manage operations efficiently.



Role Summary

We are looking for a hands-on Operations / Retail Manager who can independently manage multiple mall kiosks/outlets, ensure smooth day-to-day operations, maintain strong financial discipline, and drive growth through better sourcing, product innovation, and execution excellence.



Key Responsibilities


1. End-to-End Retail Operations

  • Manage daily operations of multiple kiosks/outlets
  • Ensure smooth functioning across:


  • Opening/closing
  • Billing & cash handling
  • Customer experience
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene, quality, and service



2. Inventory & Stock Management

  • Monitor:


  • Daily stock levels
  • Wastage & expiry
  • Ensure zero stock-outs & minimal wastage
  • Implement FIFO and inventory controls
  • Conduct regular stock audits



3. Sourcing & Buying Efficiency

  • Source raw materials/products at best quality and cost
  • Develop vendor network (local + central)
  • Improve buying efficiency to increase Gross Profit (GP)



4. Product Development & Expansion

  • Identify and introduce:


  • New products
  • High-margin SKUs
  • Add seasonal & festive offerings to boost sales
  • Optimize product mix based on customer demand



5. Financial Control & GP Management

  • Ensure strong control on:


  • Costs
  • Leakage
  • Discounts
  • Maintain and improve Gross Profit (GP%)
  • Track daily sales, margins, and outlet profitability



6. Mall Operations & Shift Management

  • Manage:


  • Staff rosters and shifts
  • Mall compliance requirements
  • Timely store operations as per mall timings
  • Coordinate with mall management when required



7. Team Management

  • Hire, train, and supervise kiosk staff
  • Ensure staff:


  • Follow SOPs
  • Deliver great customer experience
  • Build a disciplined and motivated team



SOP (Standard Operating Responsibilities)


Daily SOP

  • Ensure all kiosks:


  • Open on time with full readiness
  • Have adequate stock & staff
  • Check:


  • Cleanliness & display
  • Billing systems
  • Review:


  • Daily sales & cash reconciliation



Weekly SOP

  • Conduct:


  • Inventory audit
  • Staff performance review
  • Review:


  • Fast-moving / slow-moving products
  • Optimize stock replenishment



Monthly SOP

  • Analyze:


  • Outlet-wise profitability
  • GP trends
  • Introduce:


  • New products / seasonal items
  • Evaluate vendor performance & pricing



KRAs (Key Result Areas)

  • ✅ Zero stock-outs & reduced wastage
  • ✅ Increase in sales per outlet
