Job Description
Job Requirement: Female Telecaller & Computer OperatorWe are looking for a dedicated and hardworking female candidate for office work, including telecalling and basic computer operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
- Communicate with clients and provide required information
- Maintain call records and follow-ups
- Perform basic computer tasks (MS Excel, Word, data entry)
- Manage office documentation and records
- Coordinate with team members for daily tasks
Requirements:
- Female candidate preferred
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate
- Basic knowledge of computers (MS Office, Internet)
- Good communication skills (Hindi required, basic English preferred)
- Polite, confident, and customer-friendly attitude
- Prior experience in telecalling or office work is a plus
