Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
  • Explain products/services and generate interest among prospects.
  • Convert leads into sales through effective communication and follow-ups.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions.
  • Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
  • Generate leads through cold calling and database follow-ups.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and customer support.
  • Maintain professionalism and positive customer relationships.
  • Requirements:0–2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or telemarketing.
  • Excellent communication skills (Hindi & English; regional language is a plus).
  • Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM tools).
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
