Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage schedules, meetings, appointments, and calendars of senior management.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and official correspondence.
  • Maintain records, documents, and confidential files in an organized manner.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (HR, Production, Accounts, Merchandising, etc.) for smooth workflow.
  • Track follow-ups, action items, and ensure timely task completion.
  • Assist in policy drafting, documentation, and process implementation.
  • Handle communication on behalf of management when required.
  • Support in training coordination and internal communication activities.

Requirements:

  • Graduate / Postgraduate (Teaching background preferred).
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in administration / coordination / teaching.
  • Strong communication and writing skills.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work professionally.
