We are looking for a highly performance-driven and analytical Performance Marketer who can take full ownership of our website sales and paid marketing campaigns.

This role is not just about running ads — it’s about scaling revenue, optimizing performance, and making data-backed decisions daily.

• Manage and scale sales for two e-commerce websites

• Handle complete Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) strategy

• Plan, launch & optimize paid campaigns

• Monitor ROAS, CPA, CTR, AOV, and conversion rates

• Identify viral creatives & scale winning ads

• Kill underperforming ads quickly

• Daily performance tracking & reporting

• Funnel optimization (landing pages, offers, creatives)

• Retargeting & scaling strategies

• Budget planning & allocation

• Coordinate with creative team for ad creatives
