Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market visits to generate new business opportunities
- Build and maintain profitable relationships with key customers
- Demonstrate strong interest and understanding of financial products and market trends
- Resolve customer complaints quickly and efficiently to ensure satisfaction
- Keep customers informed about new products and offerings to drive sales growth
- Prepare and share daily MIS reports with the reporting manager
- Expand the customer base through upselling and cross-selling
- Understand individual customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Conduct regular business reviews using CRM systems
- Analyze competitor activities and plan sales strategies accordingly
