Relationship Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market visits to generate new business opportunities
• Build and maintain profitable relationships with key customers
• Demonstrate strong interest and understanding of financial products and market trends
• Resolve customer complaints quickly and efficiently to ensure satisfaction
• Keep customers informed about new products and offerings to drive sales growth
• Prepare and share daily MIS reports with the reporting manager
• Expand the customer base through upselling and cross-selling
• Understand individual customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
• Conduct regular business reviews using CRM systems
• Analyze competitor activities and plan sales strategies accordingly
• Maintain a positive, customer-focused attitude at all times
• Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams
