Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and organized Operations Manager to handle day-to-day operational activities of the company. The role involves managing procurement, vendor coordination, dispatch processes, backend office operations, and ensuring smooth workflow across departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage purchase and sourcing of materials required for projects and production.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely procurement.
• Handle dispatch and logistics coordination for equipment and materials.
• Maintain records related to purchase orders, inventory, and dispatch documentation.
• Manage daily backend office operations and administrative tasks.
• Coordinate with the sales and technical teams for order processing and project requirements.
• Monitor stock levels and maintain proper inventory control.
• Ensure smooth workflow between procurement, store, dispatch, and accounts departments.
• Maintain vendor database and negotiate with suppliers for best pricing and quality.
• Support management in operational planning and reporting.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in operations, procurement, or administration.
• Good knowledge of purchase processes, vendor management, and dispatch coordination.
• Basic computer skills (MS Excel, email, documentation).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate with different teams.
