Visa Counsellor

Job Summary:

We are looking for experienced , fresher Visa Counsellors and telecaller to guide students and clients through the visa application and documentation process for overseas education, work, or immigration. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills in English, be detail-oriented, and have knowledge of visa requirements for countries like the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, or Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

  Counsel client and applicants regarding visa procedures, documentation, and eligibility.

  Provide accurate information on visa types, embassy requirements, and timelines.

  Assist in preparing and reviewing application forms, statements, and financial documents.

  Follow up with students/clients for missing or updated documents.

  Maintain up-to-date knowledge of visa rules, if needed.

  Maintain regular communication with embassies, visa centers, and consultants.

  Handle client queries through calls, emails, or in-person meetings.

  Maintain records of applications and ensure timely processing.

  Achieve monthly targets for successful visa filings or admissions.

Requirements:

  Minimum qualification: Graduate in any field (preferred in Counseling, Education, or Management).

  Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (mandatory).

  1–3 years of experience in visa counseling or international education consultancy.

  Knowledge of visa processes for countries like the USA, Canada, UK, Australia, or Europe.

  Confident, customer-focused, and detail-oriented.

Preferred:

  Experience with student visas, immigration services, or overseas consultancy.

  Familiarity with CRM or visa application software/tools.

  Multilingual abilities (Hindi, regional languages) will be an advantage.
