Experience: - 8 -10 years (preferably in NBFC) Qualification: - B Com / M Com / Inter CA Location: - Mumbai CTC : 6 Lakhs P/A Computer Proficiency: - MS- Office, MS- Excel –V lookup, H lookup, Pivot Table, Tally ERP 9 / other accounting related software Reporting Manager : Senior Manager - Accounts Roles & responsibility: 1. Candidate should be well experienced and capable of handling and monitoring the Accounts team 2. Managing and supervising all the Accounts functions and ensure proper maintenance of accounting systems 3. Internal control / audit of the branches 4. Should have a good knowledge of all the accounting rules & standards and Taxation Laws 5. Monitor and review accounting and related system reports for accuracy and completeness. 6. Resolving accounting discrepancies. 7. Coordination with internal and external auditors in completing audits. 8. Establish, maintain, and coordinate the implementation of accounting and accounting control procedures. 9. Monthly closing and cost accounting reports. 10. Preparation of monthly Profit and Loss statement and monthly/quarterly provisional balance sheet along with the returns. 11. Should be well aware of all RBI compliances governing NBFCs. 12. Compliance of statutory obligation like Advance Tax, TDS, GST, Professional Tax working and online payments and return filling. 13. Timely and effective Co-ordination with Banks, NBFC’S and to get prepared all documents as per requirements on regular basis. Including submission of various proposals for OD limits, follow ups and achieving results in a time bound manner. 14. Other duties as assigned time to time.
