Job Description
Job Title: Boardroom Steward Location: Vikhroli, Mumbai
Company: Avon Solutions & Logistics Pvt. Ltd. (Client: Accenture)
Job Summary : We are looking for a well-groomed and service-oriented Boardroom Steward to manage meeting rooms and provide hospitality services to clients and senior management. The candidate should ensure smooth execution of meetings with a high standard of professionalism and etiquette.
- Key Responsibilities : Prepare and arrange boardrooms before meetings
- Ensure availability of stationery, water bottles, and meeting materials
- Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to guests and employees
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of boardrooms at all times
- Assist in setting up basic audio-visual equipment (projector, laptop, etc.)
- Coordinate with housekeeping and admin teams
- Monitor meeting schedules and ensure rooms are ready on time
- Provide prompt and courteous service during meetings
- Clean and reset the room after meetings
