HR & Admin Officer
Key Responsibilities
Records Management: Maintain and update employee data, attendance, and leave records in HRIS
Recruitment & Onboarding: Post jobs, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and facilitate new hire onboarding/orientation
Payroll & Benefits Support: Compile monthly payroll data (attendance, leaves) and assist with benefits administration.
Employee Relations: Serve as the primary contact for employee inquiries regarding company policies, leave, and payroll.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws, such as PF, ESI, and other local regulations.
Documentation: Issue offer letters, employment contracts, and manage exit formalities.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience: 1–3+ years of administrative or HR support experience.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to handle employee inquiries effectively.
Attention to Detail: High accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
