Position: HR Manager (2 – Mumbai ) • JD : HR Generalist profile ( 60% Recruitment + 20% Payroll + 20% Employee Engagment ) • Reporting To : Business Head / CEO • Education : Min.Graduate • Experience : 1-2 years of experience (preferably in Hospitality , retail , Hotel , Multiplex Cinema , Spa , Wellness industry ) • Age : 22 to 35 Years • Gender : Female preferred • Salary : Maximum 5 lpa • On payroll of : Direct on-roll • Weekoff : (6 days working, one week off) • Language : English , Hindhi , North East languages will be added advance • Office Location ( Mumbai ) : Marol , near Marol Metro Station • Interview process : first round will be telephonic screening and final round face to face • Any other important point : Requirement: o Must have recruitment experience for junior and middle level o Shall be able to coordinate with vendors providing resources , payroll , HRMS and compliance etc o Might be required to travel to visit Spa locations , shall be open to travel o Excellent communication and leadership qualities. o Good understanding of retail & hospitality segment o Must be good at MS excel.
