Job Description

• Greet and welcome guests/visitors as soon as they arrive at the office • Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls and keep data maintained for the same. • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable along with other parts of the office, with all necessary stationery and material in hand • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email • Will need to take care of social media activities as per calendar. • Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries • Maintain office asset register. • Order office supplies and keep inventory of stock • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, etc. • Perform all other ad hoc tasks assigned by the line manager.
