Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Advisor to assist clients in buying, selling, or renting residential properties such as houses and apartments. The ideal candidate should be proactive, client-focused, and passionate about real estate sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable property options.

• Conduct property site visits and explain project details to clients.

• Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing efforts.

• Guide clients through negotiations, documentation, and transaction processes.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.

• Stay updated on local market trends and property developments.

Required Skills:

• Good knowledge of the local real estate market and trends.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Self-motivated with the ability to achieve sales targets.

• Basic understanding of real estate documentation and processes (preferred).

Experience:

6 months – 3 years in sales or real estate.

Working Days:

Monday to Saturday

Shift Timings:

10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Weekly Off:

1 Day (Fixed)

Salary:

Negotiable + Attractive Commission Structure
