Job Description
Shift: 4:30 PM – 1:30 AM (Night Closing)
Location: Borivali West (Candidates who stay nearby are preferred)
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations and closing
- Manage and train staff, plan shifts
- Handle customer service & complaints
- Manage stock, inventory & supplies
- Ensure food safety & company policies
- Drive sales through promotions & upselling
- Submit end-of-day reports
Requirements:
- Experience in retail/food service with managerial responsibilities preferred
- Good leadership & communication skills
- Should live close by
- Professional and honest values
- Two-wheeler + valid license preferred (not for use in store but to manage night travel after closing for self)
- Grooming compliant to clean shave and well groomed hair.
- Good to have diploma or degree in hospitality management
