Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Assistant Accountant to support our finance team in managing daily accounting tasks. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring accuracy in financial transactions.
- Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports
- Maintain and update accounting records and ledgers
- Process invoices, payments, and expense reports
- Reconcile bank statements and accounts
- Support accounts payable and receivable functions
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations
- Help prepare documents for audits and tax filings
- Perform data entry and general administrative support for the finance team
