Responsibilities: Inbound Calls II Customer Service II Problem Solving • 5 working days and 2 week off rotationally • 90% work from home and 10% work from office candidate should be comfortable to come office at least 2 times a week • Manage incoming calls and customer service inquiries • Provide information about products and services, take/cancel orders, and record details of complaints • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, details of enquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken • Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions are taken on customer requests • Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation
