Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities Working closely with the Founding & leadership team in planning and executing strategies in building a strong and healthy working culture. Managing the onboarding process for new joiners ensuring that they get acquainted with their team, roles, responsibilities, etc, and closely assisting new joiners. Getting an onboarding plan prepared and executed for each person. Managing the process for off boarding as well. Manage the entire talent acquisition process right from creating a brand for the company to attracting the right talent and managing the entire recruitment process. About 50% of your bandwidth will be allocated to recruitment and on-boarding activities and the rest of it is proportionately divided into employee engagement. Working with recruitment partners for fulfilling positions & direct recruitments Performance management and associated coordination activities. Assist in building organisational guidelines and procedures Developing and implementing policies on issues like working conditions, performance management, equal opportunities, disciplinary procedures and absence management and revise the staff handbooks. Supporting on the administration of payroll and maintain employee records interpret and advise on employment law when necessary develop HR planning strategies, which consider immediate and long-term staff requirements Skills Expertise in compensation & benefits, HR policies, recruitment & negotiations. Employee lifecycle management, Employee engagement, rewards & recognition, performance management, learning & development, career planning, HR analytics, ERP implementation, etc Handled HR practice for teams working remotely.
