Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹35,000 (Fixed + Incentives)

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated Insurance Sales Executive / Telecaller to handle insurance sales through outbound calls. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, explaining insurance products, and converting leads into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain available insurance products.
• Generate and convert leads through telecalling.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance plans.
• Follow up with interested prospects to close sales.
• Maintain and update customer data in the system.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and performance goals.
• Provide clear information about policy features, benefits, and documentation requirements.
