Job description About Position: 1) We are looking for Academic Counsellor who could explain students about our courses and programs. The goal is to generate maximum leads and engage Students and Parents with Jetking. 2)He/She must have good communication and convincing skills. Responsibilities: 3) Provide support to students and deal with new students and existing queries to generate leads  4)Explain students about Jetking’s courses, programs and placements  Should provide professional and career guidance to students interested in the courses  5)Responsible for admission student admission cycle: follow up, counselling, support and retention  6)Responsible for documentation and managing the MIS report on day to day basis and sending it to their manager  7)Responsible for achieving individual admission targets 8) Responsible for achieving agreed conversion rate from enquire to admissions  9)Ensure smooth and hassle free admission process for new students  10)Arrange meeting of potential leads with the faculties  11)Engage with parents of the candidates to ensure both the stakeholders are invested for students future  Coordinate with other departments for smooth engagement and lead generate
