Job Profile: CA mandatory 1. GST  Filing of GST Returns on Monthly basis  Filing of annual GST return  Preparation and collation of sales data  Maintaining data for claiming ITC  Cross-verification with GSTR2A on periodic basis 2. TDS  Making TDS payments on monthly basis  Coordinating and collating data for quarterly TDS returns 3. ROC  Maintaining and collating data for all the ROC compliances 4. Book keeping  Proficiency in Tally including cost centers  Purchase, Sales & Journal Booking  Reconciliation Bank, Vendor & Customer  Finalization of Books of Accounts  Coordinating with auditors for solving audit queries 5. Other duties / requirements  Coordinating with Auditor for timely finalization of accounts and submitting data to government authorities  Calculating salary on monthly basis  Compliances of all the necessary labor and other laws including PF, PT, ESIC, Shops and Establishments etc.  Income tax knowledge for maintaining records of individuals as well as the company  Proficiency in excel with adequate knowledge of various formulae and features like VLookup, IF, IFAND, Pivot etc.  Communicating and submitting necessary documents with various authorities and institutions.  All other tasks as delegated from time to time What we are looking for in a candidate: 1. The candidates must have around 5 years of experience 2. Fluent in English, Marathi and Hindi - both written and verbal 3. The candidates must be B.Com, MCom 4. The candidates must have knowledge about Tally ERP 9, MS Office - Advance Excel
