Job description Responsibilities as Accounts: 1. Managing Company Accounts (Entering/Handling Purchase and Cash Register in Tally). 2. Raising invoices to Customers. 3. Following up with customers for payments with due invoices. 4. Independently responsible for daily / Weekly financial budgeting and timely collections for all payments. 4. Assist in the preparation of financial reports such as financial statements and budget performance 5. Ensure compliance with applicable standards rules, regulations, and systems of internal control 6. Aid in the implementation of new accounting policies, standards, and guidelines 7. Provide accurate, timely, and relevant recording, reporting, and analysis of financial information 8. Identify areas for improvement and implement improvements to processes. 9. Negotiating the terms of business deals and moves with clients and associated organizations. 10. Preparing Necessary Documents related to Purchase or Sales as per vendor or client requirements (for ex.- Delivery challan, authorization letter, e waybills, Proforma invoice, and other related). 11. Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Reconciliation, Accounts Entries, Online Banking/Payments Skills: Qualification: Min Graduate Strong communication skills (Written & Verbal). Strong organizational and stress management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly with Excel, Tally Experience: 2+ years of experience Job Type: Full-time
