Job Description
Administrative Assistant, Account Assistant. Day-to-Day administrative & HR functions to enhance and keep up the operational productivity Organize and schedule meetings and appointments Maintain contact lists Order office supplies Submit and reconcile expense reports Negotiation of contracts, vendor management and development Identify and negotiate with new vendors, managing yearly increments and invoice cycles Purchase Bill Payments, Personal Bill payments, Handling Office Stationary, Office as well as Personal , Petty Cash Entry in Tally, Filling. Making Invoice, Handling Petty Cash, Petty Cash Entry in Tally. Creates Estimate and Purchase Order. Follow up for Estimate Approvals for make Bill. Follow up for Payments. Follow up with connected partners and associated teams. Monitor, groom vendors and service providers performance regularly to ensure quality of service/ delivery within specified timelines. Attendance /Salary / Bonus , Stationary, Key, Co-ordination with venders Support in end-to-end hiring process by sourcing of profiles through various available channels - Consultants, Job portals Regular feedback sessions with new joinees Ensure up-to-date maintenance of all HR related documents and registers as per statute Ensure implementation of Company Policy and its adherence Manage Attendance - Leaves - Payroll - Salary - Employee Claims - PF - Full n Final - Joining, Relieving Formalities - Employee Relations - HR Policy Administration - HR Reports.
