Job Description

Job Description: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as the Wedding Photography Studio Operations and Admin Manager. This position will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our studio, as well as providing support for our wedding photography team. Responsibilities: * Manage the day-to-day operations of the studio, including scheduling appointments, managing resources, and ensuring that all necessary supplies and equipment are available * Oversee the administration of the studio, including bookkeeping, invoicing, and budget management * Manage the studio's relationship with clients, vendors, and partners, including responding to inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns * Plan and execute marketing and advertising campaigns to promote the studio and its services * Develop and maintain systems for organizing and tracking client information, schedules, and payments * Ensure that all equipment is maintained and in good working order * Collaborate with the photography team to ensure that all photoshoots are executed smoothly and efficiently Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field * At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in the photography or wedding industry * Excellent organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and partners * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, as well as other relevant software and tools * Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive and proactive approach * A passion for photography and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service This is a full-time position with competitive salary and benefits package.
