Vendor development for machines Sending inquiries to different vendors and collection of Quotations. Technically verify the vendor offer. Preparation of Quotes on the basis of Offers received. Preparation of price list for all machinery. Negotiating with vendors for final rates, prepare comparisons and co-coordinating to release Purchase Orders. Prepare documents such as URS, DQ, IQ, OQ, PQ, Instruction manual etc. Managing backend working for all departments in excel sheets/ word documents/ PDFs whichever applicable for the respective department. Preparing travel docket comprising of quotes sent, communications with client, catalogs, and any other documents as and when advice. Submission of various reports to Directors on daily, weekly, monthly and Quarterly Basis. Maintain different monitors such as inquiry monitor, quotation monitor, booking statement. Diploma/B.E. (Mechanical).
