Managing Team size of 6 to 10 members for day to day activities. Hiring, Coaching, counseling, advising, supporting, motivating, effective review team in order to help them meet their sales objectives. Basic geography knowledge and liasoning with local authority . Coordination between Branch leadership Team ( Legal , Technical and Credit ) Generating Business by implementing various promotional and brand building activities. Maintaining Various MIS between Branch and Area Office Plan, organize, direct & Control various activities of the entire branch to meet targets. Ensuring quality of the loan, Monitoring timely disbursements of loans Maintaining Healthy Branch Portfolio by Collection Efficiency, Fraud prevention & compliance Systems Knowledge and Reporting, Digital Financial Literacy, Financial Product Sales
