Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and refinement of business process models to enhance operational efficiency.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather insights and align stakeholders on process improvements.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support in process architecture methodologies.
- Ensure alignment of business processes with organizational goals and compliance requirements.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries.
- Strong knowledge of production planning concepts and discrete manufacturing processes.
- Experience in process mapping, business process reengineering, and workflow optimization.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with tools and techniques for documenting and modeling business processes.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
