, Responsibilities Maintain working schedules on a day to day basis Recruit junior staff and train them according to the company policies Brief employees about rules of the cafe Ensure that the machines such as coffee machine or tea machine are working fine Make sure the cleaning is done before the daily operations start Daily closing and settlement preparing sales report (DSR) Keep a record of monthly expenses and revenues. Preparing petty cash vouchers as needed Maintain healthy relationship with customers Coordinate with the staff according to different shifts and confirm the availability Plan different deals and discounts to attract potential customers Maintain the standard and quality of the services provided Co-ordinate with headchef and kitchen staff to ensure timely service to customers Ensure that the needs of the customers are fulfilled Manage the billing procedures Ensure smooth operations of our cafe when we are understaffed Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or Hotel Management Candidates having a high school diploma with relevant experience can also be considered. Certification in Hospitality would be preferred Proven experience of working as a Cafe Manager, Hotel Manager or a similar role Basic knowledge of handheld restaurant POS systems Ability to handle coffee machines and other appliances Great team management skills Ready to work in shifts Exceptional customer service skills Extraordinary communication and organizational skills Pleasant personality with the ability to converse in multiple languages fluently
