Job Description
Preferably from Security guarding industry / Profile- Knowledge of PF, ESIC, Contract Labour act and other labour acts would be preferred Provident Fund : Monitoring Compliance (Monthly & Annual) & Preparing PF Challans (Pan India). Monitoring the settlement of PF Claims (Withdrawal & Transfer). ESIC : Monitoring Compliance & Preparing ESIC Challans (Pan India). Monitoring for Issue of ESIC Cards to Employees. Compliance Audit: Preparing and Attending Regular Compliance Audit at Clients place. Submitting Audit report to Head of the department and try to fulfil Audit discrepancies in given period of time. Monthly Salary Verification of sites as per the Guard Board and Minimum wage rate and also as per given Agreement by client. Yearly Calculation of Bonus & Leave and Maintain its Register. Submission of regular returns under Bonus, MLWF, PT Act. Carry out Induction to New Joiners Exit Interview Analysis Maintaining Personal details of all employees and maintaining their files. Preparing daily Late Coming Report with the help of Attendance Software Filing PF, ESIC Declaration and Nominees forms, Mediclaim Enrolment form. MIS handling, good with excel and formulaes Knowledge of Salary processing
