About the Role • Candidate must have Technical production support experience. • Candidate should ensure 99.99% uptime of system. • Candidate must know ITIL process of change/release management. • Candidate must have hands-on experience on issue analysis and bug fixing • Candidate must have knowledge of SIT and UAT testing • Candidate must have hands-on experience of ticketing tool like unidesk, unicenter etc. • Candidate must have knowledge of Windows scheduler and SQL scheduler • Candidate has docker and container will be preferable • Candidate has experience on monitoring tool like appdynamics, appnomic, Dynatrace will add advantage. • Candidate should know criticality of P1, P2, P3 and so on category ticket • The desired candidate should have quality communication and technical Knowledge such as .NET, SQL Server, IIS, API, Java. • The candidate must also possess experience in software development, deployment and maintenance. • Strong skills in applications production support mainly within Windows Server, MS-SQL, IIS, Technology. • Candidate having CRM-Next knowledge will be preferable. Key Responsibilities • Perform daily health checks of application and update status in health check sheet. • Proactively monitoring of application performance, Integration jobs/Batch processing. • Monitor ticket assigned in group and take action for closure • Ensure all ticket close as per agreed time (As per SLA agreement). • Coordinate with multiple teams for incident resolution like Server Team, DBA Team, Network Team, Storage Team etc. • Provide data to different business team by running SQL queries. • Perform deployment of release in SIT and prepare a SIT test cases. • Perform Production release deployment and monitoring. • Periodically review the system performance and capacity to avoid any impact on availability. • Participate in BCP Drill activity & update the Run Book Qualifications BSc IT/ B. Tech Role Proficiencies: • Experience in Production Management for Windows Application server • Technically sound on MS SQL 2016 • Writing SQL Queries, View, Store Procedure • Creation of Web site on IIS Server • Create and modified SQL jobs and Window batch files • CRM-Next application experience will be a add on for this role
